Circumpolar Comet.

Early in the morning of the 31st of January 2007, Comet McNaught is now far enough South that it no longer sets from most of New Zealand. Myself and many other observers took advantage of this fact to see the comet in dark skies again after the moon had set. Photo details: Canon 350D, 30 second exposure with a Canon 50mm lens, ISO 800 @ f-2.8.
