The New Zealand Fantail, Rhipidura fuliginosa, has a
reputation as a very friendly creature. They often follow hikers through
bush tracks, diving on any bugs that are disturbed by clumsy humans.
They are magnificent acrobats & have the ability to perform amazing
maneuvers in the hunt for flying insects. Photo details: Canon 40D, ISO
