Cheeky Parrot.
 
 The Kaka (Nestor meridionalis) is one of several parrot species endemic to New Zealand. They are strong flyers and have a very cheeky nature, often approaching trampers looking to scavenge food. They are a handsome bird and are even more impressive while in flight, displaying their scarlet red wings.
