Creepy-Crawler.

Porrhothele antipodiana, the black tunnel web spider is native to New Zealand. This primitive spider is related to the dangerous Australian tunnel web and to the tarantula family. While relatively harmless, it is still one of the few spiders whose appearance makes my skin crawl. Photo details: Canon 40D, ISO 100, 1/640th second exposure with a Canon EF 35mm lens @ f-9.1.
